Correct the record

JPTradingCapital corrections policy

Trading rules, broker conditions and software behaviour can change. JPTC corrects material errors openly and does not preserve a claim merely because it once ranked or converted.

Report a correction

How to report an error

Send the page URL, disputed statement and supporting source to support@jptradingcapital.com. Reports with an official source can normally be checked faster.

What counts as material

A wrong rule, price, platform, product capability, risk statement, research label or commercial disclosure is material. Spelling and formatting changes are minor.

How corrections are checked

The responsible JPTC team checks the source, current product or research record. When evidence is incomplete, the claim is qualified or removed instead of being guessed.

How pages are updated

Material changes update the visible modification date and the underlying structured data. Where context matters, the page explains what changed.

How outdated pages are handled

A page may be rewritten, consolidated into a stronger page or removed from indexing. Redirects point to the closest relevant final page rather than leaving readers at a dead end.

No retaliation for corrections

Customers, partners and competitors can report factual errors. A correction request is judged on evidence, not on who submitted it.

Common questions

How can I report an error on a JPTC page?

Email support@jptradingcapital.com with the URL, statement and supporting source. The responsible team will check the evidence.

Will JPTradingCapital show when a page was corrected?

Material corrections update the page modification date. When the context is important, the page also explains what changed.

What happens when a prop-firm rule changes?

The responsible team checks the official rule and updates affected pages. Old overlapping pages may be consolidated so only one maintained answer remains.
